  So, I went in to receive an estimate on flooring, the second estimate in a month. The first was for carpet in my residence, of that they had only 3 selections in a tan color. Not so great. But, the real fun was this morning.
  
  I ask for an estimate on laminate wood flooring, instead. And was told "I cannot give you an estimate. This is not a guessing game. Your property was disastrous. Give me someone else to contact."
  
  I am not a rude person, I am even considered quite friendly. I asked him to clarify disastrous. And he said something about rotting floors. Let me tell you a little side note, this is the SAME company the put in the floors that are rotting and peeling now. I just happen to be the newest occupant of this home. So, I couldn't tell if he was calling my living space(or me) disgusting, or the construction of the home ridiculous. Either way, extremely disrespectful.
  
  I ended up giving him another contact. Whom, I pray will not accept the bid. I actually cried when I got back home. And not just a few tears.
  
  I'm not usually emotional, but this man insulted me in every possible way. First, in implying that my home was unfit for his presence. Second, by indirectly considering me inept at answering simple questions about the job I needed done. Heck, he never really even asked me anything. Maybe it's that I'm 25 and female. Who knows? But thirdly, that I came home and cleaned and scrubbed my house, that he made me feel like a sorry excuse for even existing. That last one, is more on me, than him. But, if not for his ill-mannered, sorry excuse for customer service in the first place, the rest wouldn't have followed.
  
  I highly suggest to anyone in the area, to take that extra 30 minute drive to Home Depot or Lowe's. They are much more able to serve their customers in communication, selection, and overall courtesy than anything I have seen at this establishment.
